Billionaire and legendary investor Warren Buffett expressed a rare remark regarding the tariffs introduced by President Donald Trump. During the interview, he noted that the rise in taxes on steel and aluminum indicates negative effects on his company Berkshire Hathaway. However, he also pointed out that overall results of activities are not guaranteed by these changes in the economic climate. Mr. Buffett stated that Berkshire Hathaway feels negative impact from the introduction of tariffs and the associated costs. He also added that recent events have led to an increase in prices for goods, used by his company, which in turn negatively reflects on financial results. "We faced an increase in prices, and this is nothing good for us in practice," he noted.
