Technology company Alphabet, Google's parent, is returning to the European bond market for the second time this year with a multi-billion dollar offering. The company plans to raise at least 3 billion euros to fund its record capital spending on artificial intelligence and cloud infrastructure. The offering consists of six standard euro-denominated bonds with maturities ranging from three to 39 years. The three-year bond is being sold at a spread of about 60 basis points over the mid-swaps rate, while the longest-dated bond is at a spread of about 190 basis points.
