Video-sharing platform Rumble, which hosts President Donald Trump's social media platform Truth Social, has announced the acquisition of German artificial intelligence cloud computing company Northern Data in an all-stock deal worth approximately $767 million. Shareholders of Northern Data will receive 2.0281 shares of Rumble Class A for each share they own, representing a 12.99% discount to Northern Data's Friday closing price. Northern Data will be delisted following the completion of the deal. The transaction, which is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, will leave Northern Data's shareholders with a 30.4% stake in Rumble.
