The investment by «Madin» will contribute to the long-term development of «Wellington International» equestrian facilities, as well as the creation of a premium real estate project that includes residential units, a hotel, and a commercial market, in addition to a golf course for tournaments, in the Wellington area of Florida, the world's leading destination for equestrian sports. This development project represents the company's first direct entry into the real estate market.
