Cloudflare, a San Francisco-based content delivery and cybersecurity company, announced that it had fixed an outage that caused websites of numerous banks, as well as Zoom, Spotify, and LinkedIn, to go down on Friday. The company stated on its service status page: «The fix for the incident has been implemented, and we are monitoring the results». Cloudflare's shares fell about 6% in pre-market trading on Friday before recovering some of those losses and trading down about 2.5%.
