Soybean Prices in Chicago Reach Three-Month High

Soybean prices on the Chicago Exchange rose to a three-month high on Wednesday, supported by optimism over Chinese demand, as Beijing eased concerns about U.S. tariff policy. The market expects China to buy U.S. soybeans, which will support prices. However, there is also a state of anticipation regarding whether the price of the most actively traded soybean futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange will increase by 0.8% to $11.64.5 per bushel, after it reached $11.66 per bushel earlier in the session, which is the highest level since November 18 of last year. The price of wheat rose by 0.3% to $5.75 per bushel, while the price of corn rose by 0.5% to $4.40.5 per bushel.
