The U.S. Supreme Court's decision to strike down a large portion of the tariff increases imposed by Donald Trump was not entirely bad news for the president, but it held a clear irony: The bad part of the ruling is that it deals a significant blow to a key part of Trump's economic program and worsens an already dire financial situation.
