Adobe announced on Tuesday that it will first offer its application for editing digital photos in Photoshop on mobile phones in a free version.
This decision was made to attract more users and make the program more accessible to a wider audience. Currently, the Photoshop application is only available for computers and tablets, requiring subscriptions or a paid license.
"We believe that the mobile market has great potential, and therefore we want to expand access to our product," the company commented. The new free version of the application will be available for users of both iOS and Android systems and will have limited functionality compared to the full version.
