Jennifer Lawrence discussed her work on the film "Die My Love." In an interview with the "Las Culturistas" podcast, the actress revealed that the intimate scenes in the psychological drama were filmed without an intimacy coordinator. "We didn't have an intimacy coordinator, or maybe we did, but we didn't actually use one. I felt very safe with Rob," she said. Lawrence emphasized that she wants to appear without filters or retouching, in line with her commitment to a more honest representation of the female body in cinema. "If I had felt something was off, I would have asked for it," she clarified. "Die My Love," based on the novel by Ariana Harwicz, follows the story of Grace (Lawrence), a woman who goes through a deep mental crisis after becoming a mother. Robert Pattinson plays her husband, Jackson, whose emotional distance worsens the main character's psychological decline. The film, set for theatrical release on November 14, was applauded at the Cannes Film Festival and is already considered one of the most intense films of the year. Lawrence also previously revealed that she opposed the digital retouching of her images, especially in scenes of nudity. "I said no," she stated. According to Lawrence, this decision was not a stance against the intimacy coordinator role, which has become common on sets since the #MeToo movement, but a result of the trust and communication she established with her co-star. "Most of the time we talked about our kids or our relationships. There was nothing uncomfortable," she concluded.
