The attack occurred on Saturday evening inside a restaurant where several families were celebrating a child's birthday. According to police, the incident may have been a targeted attack, while they continue to search for the responsible person. The San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office reported that the shooting occurred shortly before 6:00 p.m. and that, for now, information is limited as the investigation progresses.
