NASA and SpaceX have successfully launched the Falcon 9 rocket with the Crew-12 crew aboard. The mission is heading to the International Space Station. The crew includes a Roscosmos cosmonaut, NASA astronauts, and an ESA astronaut. The flight will last about nine months.

Buenos Aires, February 13 (NA) – The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and SpaceX company have successfully launched the Falcon 9 rocket with the 'Crew-12' crew aboard, heading to the International Space Station. According to the Argentine News Agency, the crew consists of Roscosmos cosmonaut Andrei Fedyaev, NASA astronauts Jack Hathaway and Jessica Meir, and ESA astronaut Sophie Adenot. The mission is part of the agency's commercial crewed spaceflight program and will last a full day to reach the International Space Station. Upon arrival, the Crew-12 will join expeditions 74 and 75, with a planned stay of about nine months.

This flight will mark the space debut for specialist Sophie Adenot and pilot Jack Hathaway, while commander Jessica Meir and specialist Andrei Fedyaev will be embarking on their second space journey.
