The spin-off of the famous Disney series, "The Wizards of Waverly Place," titled "The Wizards Beyond Waverly Place," is set to premiere soon. In a recent event, actress Selena Gomez wore a bright red structured dress, while her colleague opted for a gray suit.
"It's great to bring back something that really meant so much to us when we were growing up; it's a new chapter," Selena expressed to Access Hollywood.
The new teen series will focus on the lives of new wizards under the guidance of Justin Russo, played by David Henrie, and Alex Russo, played by Selena Gomez.
In the trailer released by Disney for the series pilot, Selena Gomez reprises her role as Alex Russo, who returns to her brother's life alongside Billie, portrayed by Janice LeAnn Brown, the new protagonist among the wizards who needs a new mentor to learn how to properly use her magic.
Yesterday, the premiere of the Disney sequel took place, with Henrie and Gomez attending the event.
