The maximum judicial instance in the USA has temporarily suspended the request from Donald Trump regarding the possibility of dismissing a high-ranking employee.
In connection with the complaint of former President Donald Trump about his removal from office as administrator of the National Steel Company Blumberg, it was stated that the Supreme Court of the USA imposed a temporary ban on considering this case. The corresponding document was presented on December 13.
It should be noted that this step prevents Trump’s request to lift the restrictions on his right to be dismissed from Gadi Ferrer, the head of the National Steel Company. In his statement, Trump’s lawyer, David Rivkin, indicated that the Supreme Court did not reject this appeal, but only temporarily blocked the issuance of a decision in this matter.
