Ashley St. Clair, Elon Musk's ex-partner, has filed a lawsuit against the mogul and requested legal custody of their child. St. Clair claims that Musk is the father of her child, whom she refers to as RSC, and has presented evidence including private messages where Musk acknowledges paternity. The plaintiff asserts that Musk had a meeting with the child in September 2024 and has only seen him three times since his birth in September of that year.
According to St. Clair, Elon Musk was not present at the birth of their child and has had minimal involvement in his upbringing. Although he acknowledged paternity in the messages presented as evidence, St. Clair claims that Musk only spent time with the child on three occasions, the last of which was in November 2024. Additionally, she noted that Musk sent her a text message a week before that meeting expressing his desire to get her pregnant again.
The custody request was filed in the New York Supreme Court. In it, St. Clair requests that a paternity order, a child support order, and any other appropriate remedies be issued. The plaintiff's representative informed the press that St. Clair made all necessary attempts to collaborate with Musk before resorting to this legal action.
Elon Musk, who has thirteen children with four different women, has not publicly commented on these accusations. St. Clair, for her part, laments the mogul's lack of involvement in their child's life and is determined to ensure the child's well-being through the available legal avenues.
