President of the USA Donald Trump stated that the United States does not provide Ukraine with security guarantees in the framework of a deal to end the war with Russia. Trump believes that such guarantees should be provided by Europe. He also stated that Ukraine may forget about its aspiration to join NATO. At the same time, as he prepares for a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, the USA intends to continue dialogue with Russia. "Let's be honest, the European Union was created to bring harm to the United States," Trump stated. He refused to answer the question of whether China would be allowed to seize Taiwan by force, adding: "I will never comment on that." It is reported that Washington will soon introduce tariffs on European goods at the rate of 25%, expressing criticism of the European Union. "We made a decision and will announce it in the near future, it will be 25%," Trump said. The same meaning of tariffs was introduced on goods from Mexico and Canada starting in April.
