Trump Stresses No Expulsion from Gaza | Ours Abroad News

US President Donald Trump stated in the media that "no one will force the residents of the Gaza sector to leave it." This is the latest statement regarding his previous plan, which proposed the resettlement of about two million Palestinians from the destroyed sector for subsequent restoration and the creation of what is called the "Eastern Mediterranean Economic Area." Unlike his previous plan, which was widely rejected by Arab and international communities, Trump stated at a joint press conference with Irish Prime Minister Michael Martin: "No one will evict the residents of Gaza." Irish Prime Minister, in turn, stated after the meeting with Trump at the White House: "We want to free the hostages and achieve peace in Gaza," and also called for strengthening the Prime Minister under international mediation for the beginning of the second stage of the agreement on Gaza.
