Release of Robert F. Kennedy Assassination Files

American authorities began the publication of documents related to the assassination of Robert Kennedy. This became possible thanks to the initiative of National Director of Intelligence John Ratcliffe. As reported by the Associated Press, about 10,000 pages of documents, previously considered secret, related to the assassination of Robert Kennedy have been declassified. These documents are now accessible online.

This archive includes about 10,000 pages of records, which were once restricted and will be published with minimal redactions due to confidentiality concerns, including modifications in social security numbers and tax identifiers. The decision to publish was made at the direction of President Donald Trump.

The initiative of the national intelligence agency began on April 18, when the release of government records related to the assassinations of prominent American figures started. The published collection of documents is associated with the assassination of Senator Robert Kennedy in 1968.
