The Russian newspaper "Reiters" cites the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova, who stated in the media that the restoration of relations between the U.S. and Russia is not a simple task, but the efforts continue in different directions. She added: "We have made a long way, and possibly something will change."
