US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegsett announced close cooperation with the State and Energy Departments regarding South Korea's plan to secure nuclear-powered submarines.
He emphasized the importance of interagency coordination to implement this project. According to Hegsett, this step will enhance defense capabilities and regional security.
"We are working together to ensure that all aspects of this plan are executed to the highest standards," the minister stated.
