Two days ago, Trump, in comments to journalists aboard the presidential plane during his return flight from South Korea to the United States, said he was 'too busy' to meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un during his visit to South Korea this week, but confirmed he might return. North Korea had previously proposed a potential meeting between Trump and Kim, while the U.S. president at the time said he would very much like to hold the meeting. North Korean leader Kim Jong Un expressed his readiness to meet with U.S. President Donald Trump in March of the following year. This is the first response from Pyongyang to the American enthusiasm for holding a summit.
