In the American city of Miami, new negotiations have begun between officials from the United States, Ukraine, and European countries to discuss the plan led by Washington to end the war between Kyiv and Moscow. As part of intensive diplomatic efforts to finalize the settlement proposal, the special envoy of US President Donald Trump, Steve Witkoff, is participating, along with Jared Kushner and Ukraine's chief negotiator, Rustem Umerov, as well as representatives from the UK, France, and Germany. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirmed that Washington is not seeking to impose any agreement, emphasizing that reaching a settlement requires the willingness of both the Russian and Ukrainian sides.
