Seoul, AFP — Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said on Sunday that U.S. President Donald Trump's threat to impose tariffs on opponents of his plan to acquire Greenland is a 'mistake,' noting that she had informed him of her view. Earlier in the day, Dutch Foreign Minister David van Vil described U.S. President Donald Trump's threat to impose new tariffs on European NATO members until they agree to sell Greenland to the United States as 'unacceptable.'
