'The discombobulator; I'm not permitted to talk about this,' Trump said, adding that the device 'made the (Venezuelan) equipment stop working.' When asked if such attacks could occur in Mexican, Venezuelan, or Colombian territory, the president replied: 'it could be anywhere.' Trump used the term 'discombobulator' to refer to this weapon in the interview he gave on Friday to The New York Post. 'They had Russian and Chinese rockets, and they couldn't launch a single one,' he added. 'They never managed to launch their rockets.'
