U.S. Central Command stated on Saturday that the U.S. military has not suffered any casualties in combat after Iran responded to American and Israeli attacks by launching hundreds of missiles and drones. Central Command added that the damage to U.S. facilities was limited and did not affect operations. The U.S. military reported that it targeted command and control facilities of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, as well as Iranian missile and drone launch sites.
