US Denies Attack on USS Abraham Lincoln

The US military confirmed that the American aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln was not hit by Iranian missiles. The US Central Command stated on Sunday that the aircraft carrier 'was not hit' by four Iranian missiles, as reported by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps through official Iranian media. According to American military sources, the carrier was not struck, and the missiles fired by Iran 'did not even come close' to it. The Central Command noted that the Lincoln continues to launch aircraft in support of the CENTCOM's relentless campaign to protect the American people by eliminating threats from the Iranian regime. The USS Abraham Lincoln is a Nimitz-class nuclear aircraft carrier, accompanied by its battle group, which includes three destroyers equipped with missiles for ground attacks. It is the second aircraft carrier deployed by the US in the region, alongside the USS Gerald Ford, the world's largest ship of its kind, which is escorted by four destroyers.
