US President Donald Trump announced that US Central Command has carried out one of the most powerful airstrikes in the history of the Middle East in Iran. Trump stated that the airstrike completely destroyed every military target on Iran's Kharg Island. He added: "If Iran moves to interfere with the passage through the Strait of Hormuz, I will reconsider the decision to erase the oil infrastructure on Kharg Island." Trump emphasized: "It would be wise for the Iranian military and anyone who gets involved with this terrorist regime to throw down their arms and save their country." He confirmed: "Iran will never have a nuclear weapon and will not be able to threaten the United States, the Middle East, or the world." Trump explained: "Iran has suffered immense destruction, is in a very bad position, and everything is on the verge of collapse." He noted: "Iran has no ability to defend against any target we choose to attack, and they can do nothing about it." The president also stated that he cannot announce when the war in Iran will end, but it will continue for as long as necessary. He added that most of Iran's military capabilities have disappeared, and Iran has almost no radar systems or air defense systems. Trump confirmed that the Iranian Navy and Air Force have been destroyed. He stressed: "Iran planned to completely control the entire Middle East and wipe Israel off the map. Like Iran itself, those plans have now failed."
