U.S. President Donald Trump posted a video on his social media account that appears to show an attack on a large ammunition depot in the Iranian city of Isfahan with 2,000-pound bunker buster bombs. He made the post via his Truth Social account, and while he did not specify a date, location, or target, he did emphasize that it is a 'very important target.' If it is indeed Isfahan, it is worth mentioning that it is not just any city in Iran; it is one of the country's most sensitive points due to its military and industrial weight. The video is being released as the deadline set by President Trump for Iran to allow passage for ships in the Strait of Hormuz advances, in an attempt to avert a fuel price crisis. On March 26, the leader extended the suspension of attacks on Iran's power plants for a second time, this time for a period of 10 days, until next April 6. He stated that, 'at the request of the Iranian Government, I hereby declare that I will postpone the deadline for the destruction of power plants by ten days, until Monday, April 6, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.' This after noting that negotiations with Iranian authorities 'are still ongoing' and 'are going very well,' denying 'the erroneous statements to the contrary disseminated by sensationalist media and others.' He assured that Iran had allowed the passage of ten U.S. oil tankers through the Strait of Hormuz, as part of a 'gift' to Washington that he himself pointed out this week, in what is supposedly a gesture of goodwill from the Asian country to negotiate. 'They told me very nicely: could we have more time?'
