The United States has announced its intention to impose a naval blockade on Iranian ports starting at 14:00 GMT on Monday, following the failure of a round of negotiations with the Islamic Republic in Islamabad. These talks were held in an attempt to finally end the war that Washington and the Israeli state began against Tehran on February 28. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday supported the naval blockade that Washington announced it would impose on Iran, confirming coordination with them. At the start of his weekly government meeting, Netanyahu stated: "Since Iran violated the rules, President Trump decided to impose a naval blockade on it."
