Multiple sources confirmed that employees of the U.S. Government Department recorded about 500 incidents that possibly led to harm among civilians.
According to the data from these sources, incidents mainly occurred in countries where the U.S. has its military bases or conducts combat operations. Among the victims were mainly women and children.
One of the statements made based on the acquired data was that such cases are unacceptable and require serious consideration and adoption of measures from the side of American authorities.
The analyzed cases indicate the necessity of adopting stricter security and control measures in regions where military presence exists to prevent similar incidents in the future.
