The New York Jets' special teams player, Kris Boyd, is in critical but stable condition at Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan after being shot in the abdomen at a Midtown restaurant early Sunday morning.
According to officials, the incident occurred at one of the establishments in the central part of the city. Boyd was rushed to a medical facility where he received the necessary care. His current condition is listed as critical but stable.
