Argentine star Lionel Messi scored twice and led his team Inter Miami to their first win of the season. They turned the tables on hosts Orlando City, coming back from a 0-2 deficit to win 4-2 in the 'Florida Derby' on Monday. Miami seemed to be heading towards a second consecutive defeat after Orlando dominated and took a two-goal lead in the first half in front of their fans. The course of the game changed completely after the break, as Matias Messi scored for Miami in the 49th minute, then Messi equalized eight minutes later. Messi also played a role in the go-ahead goal in the 85th minute, after which he scored a free-kick in the 90th minute.
