The Chicago Bulls' management separated point guard Jaden Ivey this Monday, alleging 'harmful behavior to the team' following a series of controversial comments in which he criticized the NBA for celebrating Pride Month. Ivey, 24, stated this Monday in an Instagram Live that celebrating Pride Month was an 'iniquity'. 'They proclaim it in the streets, they say: 'Come join us in Pride Month to celebrate something immoral',' he said. 'They proclaim it on billboards. The NBA proclaims it. Can the world proclaim LGBTQ+, not?', he added. 'They show it to the world. Immoral,' he added. The Bulls acquired Ivey just two months ago in a trade with the Detroit Pistons, who had selected him fifth in the 2022 draft. Since his arrival in Chicago this February, he had only played in four games.
