French football star Olivier Giroud was robbed in his home in Los Angeles at the beginning of this month. The intruders broke into his home while the 'Inter' player and his wife were away. Although the information about the incident just became known recently, the event itself occurred not long ago.
Olivier Giroud did not suffer as a result of the robbery, but damage was caused to his belongings. According to estimates, valuable items worth around 1 million euros were stolen. The Los Angeles police have begun investigating the incident to find the perpetrators and recover the stolen property.
"This was a big shock for me. It's hard to describe, I am so disappointed and upset about this situation. We fully trust the law enforcement agencies and hope that everyone responsible will be brought to justice," said Giroud in an interview.
