The "Nikola" company, specializing in the production of electric vehicles, has filed for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11.
The company announced its decision to seek protection from bankruptcy to cope with financial difficulties. Despite previous efforts, "Nikola" faced challenges related to attracting investment and developing its products. In connection with this, a decision was made to seek legal protection in order to ensure the continuity of the business.
"We believe that the request for protection under Chapter 11 is the best way to address our current difficulties," noted the representative of "Nikola".
The company intends to continue its operations and develop new projects within the framework of the bankruptcy protection process.
