The Trump administration's budget project for the 2021 fiscal year anticipates an increase in defense spending of 0.3% to $740.5 billion, including funds for cybersecurity measures. At the same time, there is a planned 10% reduction in the funding of the Department of Health and Human Services. Proposed spending on environmental protection has been reduced to $6.7 billion, which is 26% lower than in the current fiscal year.

According to the document, Trump's proposals on reforming the federal health insurance system were not included in the budget project, which caused discontent among analysts and opposition forces.
