George Clooney Opens Up About Stage Fright

Famous actor and television host George Clooney revealed two days ago that he is experiencing nerves before his return to the stage. He stated this in an interview he gave prior to his performance in the Broadway production of the spectacle "A Lovely Night and Good Luck" ("Lucky Night and Good Fortune"). Clooney, a double Academy Award winner, noted that the last time he performed live in the theater was 40 years ago, in 1986. "It’s a bit unnerving if you think about it, that it was already 40 years ago," the American star admitted. "Yes, George Clooney is also nervous".

The actor is participating in the writing of a play based on a long-standing film from 2005, telling about the famous host Edward Murrow. "Interestingly, we are performing the spectacle on a theme that is very close to us in spirit - the telling of the truth," Clooney added. The production will be presented on Broadway from March 28 of this year.
