The National Center for the Study of Cyclones of the Academy of Sciences reported on the successful completion of the "Melissa" mission in the Saffir-Simpson scale. The specialists' publication announced the achievement of a record wind speed of 215 kilometers per hour, which makes it particularly critical for the regions. According to preliminary data, the center is moving away from the coast of Puerto Rico and is moving to the west at a speed of 15 km/h. In the coming days, the hurricane will approach the Mexican coast, where, as experts predict, it will either weaken or lose some of its destructive characteristics.

Orange and Red Trains have been evacuated, raising the alert level to 3 meters. "The situation requires immediate action," one of the experts noted. The main forces have already been recalled without authorization, and the remaining reserves are being sent to the operational headquarters.

*"It is necessary to urgently secure the affected zones. The slightest delay can cost lives," the head of the National Center for the Management of Charming Situations of the Academy of Sciences warned.

At this moment, the evacuation is starting in 14 states, including Louisiana and Mississippi. The central and medical authorities are immediately closed, the regular transport is completely suspended. Meteorologists predict an unprecedented threat to the infrastructure of the region due to the atmospheric conditions.
