A video of the incident went viral online. According to the Futurism website, the delivery robot failed to respond to the train's warning signals and the clear horn blast just moments before the collision, which led to the robot being crushed and completely destroyed on the tracks. A video clip showed the delivery robot completely stopped on the tracks with no movement, despite the train's horn growing louder as it approached.
