Winona Ryder to Reunite with Tim Burton for 'Wednesday' Season 3

American actress Winona Ryder will work again with director Tim Burton and Jenna Ortega on the third season of 'Wednesday', Netflix reported. The last time Ortega, Burton, and Ryder worked together was in the 2024 film 'Beetlejuice Beetlejuice', the continuation of the 1980s film 'Beetlejuice' starring Michael Keaton. To this new season, whose production is taking place in Dublin, Chris Sarandon, Noah Taylor, Oscar Morgan, and Kennedy Moyer will also join. It was previously announced that Eva Green would play Morticia Addams' sister, Ophelia, alongside Ortega (Wednesday Addams), Catherine Zeta-Jones (Morticia Addams), and Luis Guzmán (Gomez Addams). 'I am very excited to return for the third season and it is fantastic to reunite with the entire original cast.' 'Premiered in 2022, the first season of 'Wednesday' became the most-watched English-language series on Netflix of all time.' 'I feel very lucky,' assured Burton in the statement. 'The involvement of some of my dear friends and longtime collaborators, like Winona, Eva, Chris, and Noah, makes this season even more special.' The release date for this production has not yet been confirmed.
