Bob Dylan Draft to be Auctioned

A typed draft of 'I'm Not There', written by Bob Dylan in 1967 and considered a piece of extreme rarity, was found inside a book by poet Allen Ginsberg and will be auctioned in April with an estimate of between $26,000 and $52,000, according to The Guardian. The page, which remained hidden for decades in the private library of Sally Grossman—wife of Dylan's historic manager, Albert Grossman—constitutes one of the few direct records of the creative process behind one of the musician's most valued compositions. The document was found within an original edition of 'Ankor Wat', signed by Ginsberg and gifted to Grossman in 1969. The April auction will also include other high-interest materials for collectors, such as the original manuscript of Michael Jackson's 'Black or White' and a comprehensive archive related to the production of Radiohead's 'OK Computer'.
