'Our goal is to help the parties achieve a ceasefire and begin a political process,' he emphasized.
Esper also communicated about the discussion of the situation in Iraq. 'We continue to support the actions of the Iraqi government in combatting excessive foreign interference, so that the country can move forward,' stated the minister.
