Recently, activists supporting Palestinians organized a protest action at the Trump Tower in New York. They donned red t-shirts with white lettering, echoing Donald Trump's slogan 'Make America Great Again,' and expressed their discontent by displaying posters and chanting slogans against the building's owner.

Some participants of the action shouted: 'We fight the Nazis, not the students,' before they could be detained. According to the agency France Press, about a hundred protesters were detained.

At the same time, sanctions were imposed on students at Columbia University who occupied one of the buildings in a show of support for Palestinians.
