Trump added: «All executive orders are hereby canceled, and anything else that was not signed directly by the fraudulent Joe Biden, because the people who operated the autopen technology did so illegally». On social media, Trump wrote: «Any document signed by sleepy Joe Biden using autopen technology, which represents about 92% of them, is hereby canceled and will have no effect or force anymore».
