He views this as a surrender. 'This promise was made only due to the continuous attacks from the United States and Israel,' he accused Tehran of seeking 'to control and rule the Middle East.' The US President continued: 'Iran is no longer the 'bully of the Middle East,' but has now become the 'loser in the Middle East,' and will remain so for many decades to come until it surrenders or, most likely, collapses completely.'
