Trump Warns Iran and Discusses Potential Leadership Change

US President Donald Trump issued a stern warning to Iran, saying that Tehran "has launched everything it has," adding: "It would be best for them not to try anything else, or that will be the end of that country." Trump hinted at the possibility of changing Iran's Supreme Leader, revealing that he is considering a person who could replace Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, without providing details about the identity of this potential successor. In an interview with CBS, Trump stated that the war could end soon, noting that Iran has lost most of its military capabilities. He added: "I believe the war is largely over, they have no navy, no communications, no air force." The US President emphasized that the United States is "way ahead" of the initial timeline, which was estimated to be four to five weeks. When asked about Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, whom he has previously criticized publicly, Trump said he has no message for him, adding: "Nothing at all," but at the same time, he indicated that he is thinking of someone to replace him. Regarding the Strait of Hormuz, Trump clarified that ships are currently moving freely through the waterway, but he also noted that he is "thinking about controlling it."
