Of course, not everyone agreed with this approach. Barbara Lee, a congresswoman from California, spoke out against this approach, stating that the Trump administration 'is supporting war and aiding in human rights violations'.
'It was simply comparable to previous administrations,' said Jeffrey Leiner, an analyst on security issues. 'When it comes to revenue from weapons, the USA always pays more attention to sales'.
