Mexican forward Hirving "Chucky" Lozano is excited about his arrival at San Diego FC, a team making its debut this season in Major League Soccer (MLS). With an extensive career in professional football, Lozano has played for clubs such as Pachuca in Liga MX and Napoli in Serie A, as well as representing the Mexico national team in 70 matches.
"I think we are working very well, we are focusing on the details and I believe we are on the right track," said Lozano, 29, who hails from Mexico City. The forward has joined a competitive team that has exceeded his expectations and is ready to compete in the league.
In addition to Lozano, San Diego FC features notable players like Luca de la Torre, who comes from Celta de Vigo in La Liga, winger Anders Dreyer, Emmanuel Boateng, and Aníbal Godoy, captain of the Panama national team.
