Jack Draper Wins Masters 1000 in Indian Wells

The ATP ranking was updated after the Indian Wells Masters 1000, where British player Jack Draper won the title against Danish Holger Rune in the final. Jannik Sinner continues to lead the rankings despite a doping suspension.

After the Indian Wells Masters 1000, the ATP tennis ranking has been updated with British player Jack Draper crowned champion after defeating Danish Holger Rune in the final. At the top remains Italian Jannik Sinner, who, despite serving a three-month suspension for doping, leads with 11,330 points. The second place is held by German Alexander Zverev, who had a mediocre performance in Indian Wells and is unable to catch up to Sinner.

Young Spanish player Carlos Alcaraz, ranked third, fell in the semifinals and continues to struggle to find the consistency needed to challenge Sinner. In fourth place is American Taylor Fritz and in fifth, Serbian Novak Djokovic, who despite his early elimination in Indian Wells remains on the elite list, displacing Norwegian Casper Ruud.

Jack Draper was the big beneficiary, moving up seven positions to seventh place thanks to his victory in Indian Wells. Completing the top 10 are Russian Daniil Medvedev, fellow Russian Andrey Rublev, and Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas in eighth, ninth, and tenth place respectively.

Regarding the Argentines, notable is the rise of Francisco Cerúndolo to 24th place after reaching the quarterfinals in Indian Wells. He is followed by Sebastián Báez in 36th place, Tomás Etcheverry in 44th, Mariano Navone in 62nd, Camilo Ugo Carabelli in 65th, and Francisco Comesaña in 67th.
