Yesterday, the Cuban Baseball and Softball Federation (FCBS) reported that eight members of the Cuban delegation did not receive visas to travel to the United States to participate in the World Baseball Classic. Cuba is scheduled to face Puerto Rico, Colombia, Panama, and Canada in San Juan during the group stage, which runs from March 5 to 17.
