Former actor Tylor Chase, known for his role in the Nickelodeon series "Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide", is currently living on the streets of Riverside, California, according to a report by Daily Mail.

Chase's life has been marked by instability in recent years. After the show ended in 2007, his acting career faded. He moved to Georgia in 2014, where he began sharing poetry videos on YouTube. Later, in 2020, he published two fantasy novels under the pseudonym Shrine Tylor.

The media has also reported that the former actor is facing various legal issues, with 12 open cases in Riverside County since August 2023, many related to petty theft and substance use.

In recent hours, Chase's situation has gone public worldwide due to videos of him living on the street. In one video, titled "Bipolar," he expressed: "I'm a leaf on a moving curb, with the inevitable fate of ending up in a drain." He also denied being homeless, stating, "No, it's not really like that, I have friends and family. My mother is here."

However, according to reports, Chase is reluctant to accept help that involves formal treatment or hospitalization and prefers to remain on the street. He has been offered assistance multiple times, including shelter, addiction treatment, and mental health services, which he has rejected.

His mother, Paula Moisio, who lives in Riverside, declined to comment to the media.

In response, former colleagues expressed their concern. Shaun Weiss, known for "Mighty Ducks," and Devon Werkheiser, who played Ned in the series, publicly lamented the situation, highlighting the complexity of cases involving addiction and mental health issues.

Daniel Curtis Lee, another former cast member, drove nearly 50 miles from Los Angeles to Riverside to offer concrete help and companionship. The main goal was to protect Chase from an approaching storm. They walked together, caught up, and shared a meal before helping him find temporary lodging.

When a fan organized a fundraiser for him, Chase asked that it be canceled, stating, "Tylor needs medical attention, not money." He also expressed his intention to return to Georgia to access a housing assistance program to reunite with his father.
